In Amman, we also established a <strong>small training workshop<\/strong> where <strong>young people<\/strong> learned how to produce <strong>mozzarella and primo sale<\/strong>, which are now served and sold at Mar Yohanna Pizza Center. \u00a0<\/p><p><strong>New Developments with Iqlaa<\/strong>\u00a0 <strong>2023<\/strong><\/p><p>Thanks to the s<strong>upport from the Iqlaa initiative<\/strong>, FormaJO has entered a new phase of growth: \u00a0<\/p><p>\u2b50 <strong>Expanded training<\/strong> programs to equip more women with advanced cheesemaking skills, \u00a0<\/p><p>\u2b50 <strong>Improved quality control<\/strong> and <em>production techniques<\/em>, integrating Italian expertise, \u00a0<\/p><p>\u2b50 <strong>Increased market opportunities<\/strong>, strengthening our local and regional sales network, \u00a0<\/p><p>\u2b50 <strong>Enhanced business sustainability,<\/strong> with a focus on <strong>financial independence<\/strong>\u00a0and scalability.
