During the week of Jan. 22-27, training courses for Iraqi refugees under the Bridges in Amman project concluded with the final delivery of certificates. The project was founded by CEI thanks to 8×1000 funds. Counselors and teachers from the Latin Patriarchate Schools attended classes on inclusive and participatory education taught by professors from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, 30 Iraqi women completed health education courses by the Gemelli Medical Centre in Rome, and inclusive workshops for families and children were held.

A success of participation and interest, hoped for but not expected, made possible thanks to the preparatory work and great professionalism put in by our partners. Attention to individuals proves to be a rewarding methodology: one step at a time, one person after another.
