The reorganization process of the structure, concluded at the end of 2022, provides for the organization of work into two macro-areas: Operation Department and Administration and Finance Department both under the direction of the Country Director (Country Director).
The Operation Department is charged with the active pursuit of the association’s mission through the design of programs that respond to the needs detected in a given context, and their articulation into projects or activities with the consequent search for funding. It is divided into Offices where we find the Human Resources Manager, Project Managers with their staff, Communications and Fundraising, Logistics, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
The Administration and Finance Department is responsible for directing, controlling, monitoring and reporting on all administrative and financial activities of the association based on internal policies and procedures and in close liaison with the Country Director. A department head, an administrator and an accounting assistant.
