SWEET is a professional training project promoted by Habibi Valtiberina Association with the support of Friends of Holy Land. Its goal is to support employment and economic empowerment for vulnerable Jordanian and refugee women.

The project was created to provide concrete job opportunities by strengthening professional skills, independence, and self-confidence.

At the heart of the project are professional pastry-making courses designed according to the needs of the local job market and carried out in a real working environment. Participants gain certified technical skills through a training path that combines both theory and hands-on practice.

The courses are structured to ensure progressive and inclusive learning, enhancing individual abilities and encouraging active participation.
